Jaxson Randall Smith was born on 9/10/11 @ 11:41pm. 4lbs 2oz. We are all so grateful for our little miracle. He just turned a week old and is doing great. We can’t wait for him to be home.

Welcome To The Crazy Smith Family!

Well…. This blog is officially starting 6 weeks early. Kim will probably critique it as she is the writer in the family :-). Our first Son Jaxson was set to arrive on October 21, 2011. That was the plan. Imagine our surprise when a weekly checkup turned out to be a trip to the labor ward!!! I won’t bore you with the details of how this all came about, but I will tell you there were more than a few surprised phone calls and rushing family members to John Muir in Walnut Creek. Our Jaxson, like his parents is showing his stubborn side and not wanting to leave his comfy condo inside his mommy’s belly. Poor Kim has been in just over 22 hours at this point and were all being patient for Jaxson Randall Smith to arrive. More to come…….
